SOY SAUCE

DARK SOY SAUCE

The first and original soy sauce (Kicap Istimewa) created by
Tuan Haji Tamin in 1951. Kicap Cap Tamin is the trademark
of our company.

PREMIUM SOY SAUCE

The distinctive combination of salty and sweet. This was
created to penetrate the Japan market. Kicap Perdana
has now become the highly preferred brand in Vietnam.

DARK SOY SAUCE

Also known as Kicap Pekat Putra, this soy sauce is
suitable to enhance flavors in dishes and can be used
to add extra color.

LIGHT SOY SAUCE

A lightly salted taste which is suitable to flavor up any rice, noodles,
meat and vegetables dishes.

CHILLI SAUCE

TAUCU

It is prepared traditionally from fermented soy bean with
brine. The salty and savory paste is used in fried
vegetables, noodles or with fish and meat dishes.

ASAM JAWA

Made of water, tamarind, sugar, and salt, tamarind paste is
a special ingredient which you can use in a variety of
dishes and not just Indian and Asian cuisines alone.

ARTIFICIAL VINEGAR

It can be used to ferment fruits and vegetables. It can also
be mixed with kicap, onions, and chillies as a dipping
sauce for dishes like roasted or steamed seafood.

TOMATO KETCHUP

Made of tomato puree, sugar, and salt, tomato ketchup
can be used in a variety of dishes, or as a dipping sauce
for all western and Asian cuisines.

OYSTER SAUCE
